Welcome to Stylcents® Fashion and Image Collective ("Company"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our image consulting, personal styling, fashion services, and related offerings. By booking or participating in any service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

• "Client" refers to any individual or entity receiving services from the Company.
   
• "Services" refer to image consulting, personal styling, wardrobe analysis, color analysis, body type assessments, event styling, personal shopping, and all other offerings provided by the Company.
   
• "Company" refers to Stylcents Fashion and Image Collective, owned and operated by Ivory Onyx Management Group, LLC.
   

The Company provides professional styling and image services. Service details, deliverables, and timelines may vary and will be outlined in the individual service description or agreement. The Company reserves the right to update or modify service offerings at any time.

• All bookings require a deposit or full payment depending on the service.
   
• Payments are due at the time of booking unless otherwise stated.
   
• Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards, approved electronic payments, and any additional methods listed on our website or booking platform.
   

• Clients may cancel or reschedule up to 48 hours before the appointment without penalty. 
• Cancellations made within 48 hours may result in a non-refundable deposit or a cancellation fee
•  No-shows are non-refundable

Due to the personalized nature of our services, all completed services are non-refundable. If a client is dissatisfied, they may request a service review, and the Company will make reasonable efforts to address concerns.

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate information during consultations.
   
• Communicate preferences, concerns, and any relevant personal details.
   
• Arrive on time for appointments.
   
• Follow recommended preparation steps for specific services.
   

Failure to cooperate or provide necessary information may affect service outcomes.

Image and style transformations are subjective and depend on client participation, personal preferences, and multiple external factors. The Company does not guarantee specific results or outcomes.

The Company maintains a professional environment. Disrespectful, inappropriate, or abusive behavior will result in immediate termination of services without refund.

With written consent, the Company may use before/after photos or styling results for marketing, portfolio, or promotional purposes. Clients have the right to decline media usage.

All personal information shared with the Company is kept confidential and will not be shared with third parties except as required by law.

All content, materials, worksheets, guides, and styling tools provided by the Company are the intellectual property of Ivory Onyx Management Group, LLC, Stylcents FIC ®, Crystal Crystina ®Closet and Stylcents Fashion House. They may not be reproduced, distributed, or shared without written permission.

The Company is not liable for:

• Personal injury or property damage during sessions or shopping trips.
   
• Reactions to cosmetics, fabrics, or other items chosen during services.
   
• Clothing availability, sizing variations, or retail pricing changes.
   

To the extent permitted by law, the Company’s liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service.

The Company may recommend third-party brands or retailers. We are not responsible for their policies, quality, or fulfillment. All purchases made with third-party vendors are the sole responsibility of the client.

The Company may terminate services at its discretion due to misconduct, breach of terms, or other justified circumstances. Refunds for remaining prepaid services will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

The Company reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. The most current version will always be available to clients.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Ivory Onyx Management Group, LLC operates. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate jurisdiction.
